I think I'm still the winner

CyberMonk's "And the Winner Is..." disputes my theory that things will 'just work' in terms of moving from Jaguar to Panther. His reasoning is that GCC 3.3, which will include PPC 970 support, just isn't ready yet.
Sure, GCC might not be ready, but once it is, I'm pretty sure most apps will just need another compile to run on 10.3 (unless they are using CodeWarrior, which itself probably is being updated as we speak). I don't see the PPC 970 being a roadblock for anyone who isn't in the guts of the core OS.

I've developed a sick obsession for opening the terminal, and then using the kill command on the terminal. It just seems so organic and complete. I have a similar obsession with taking the last trash bag out of the box, and then putting the box into that trash bag. It's just so harmonious.

There will be no problem, I forsee it. Plus even if there is, I'll be in Mexico so it don't matter!!!
